I really like
laying on top of the TV – especially in the
winter, it’s a nice warm spot. Luckily we have a
big TV with a flat spot on top that’s just
perfect – sometimes when there’s an action show
I like to lean over and watch, but mostly I just
like to stretch out and get cozy. We have a
couple of little statues that sit on top of the
TV right on the edges, and once I leaned against
one and knocked it off. A little piece of it
broke off and Mom and Dad were kind of mad at me
for a minute…but then they forgave me. It’s
really handy to be so cute, people just can’t
stay mad at you for very long! ;o)
Sometimes I’m not sure whether they’re watching
the TV or looking at me. Tiger Lily can just
jump right up from the front, but I have to go
around to the back side and climb up. Once I
rolled over and fell right off the front – I
left little paw marks all the way down the
picture tube in the dust trying to hang on, and
Mom and Dad laughed at me a lot – but I got
right back up. I see ads for something called
“flat panel TV’s” that a lot of people seem to
be getting – but probably not people with cats,
they’re nowhere near wide enough for us to lay
on!
