Mom and
Dad wanted to grow tomatoes, but they said the
birds outside kept eating them every year. So
they decided to put them in pots in our
treehouse! Tiger Lily and I like to check out
the whole plant, but Romeo mostly lies on the
floor behind the pots. The birds can’t get at
them, and it was fun watching the tomatoes grow
up and get big and red. But then Dad found out
that tomato plants are toxic to cats! So no
more tomatoes for us…I hope he gets us some
other plants that are safe to nibble on!
