Beth came to Shadow Cats through a trapping
effort on Dessau Road. She lives in the Outback
section of the sanctuary, where a lot of cats
who used to live in feral colonies prefer to be.
But Beth is very tame, and not shy at all around
people. And Beth is a nibbler! Not really a
biter – on a scale of 1 to 10 she’s more like a
1 or 2. It’s just her charming and unique way of
connecting with you! Often when volunteers are
in the Outback it’s common to sit down on a
chair or bench and soon be covered with cats all
clamoring for attention. And then, without even
looking down, you’ll realize that Beth is there
at your feet….because she’s nibbling on your
shoes or chewing on your shoelaces…..that’s just
her thing.
Beth is a real sweetheart, and while she’s
happy in the Outback she would love a home of
her own. She just needs someone who understands
her and is patient with kitties who are just a
bit different and have a mind of their
own…..could that be you?
